Radnorshire CAMRA branch visit to Aberedw 2025

On Saturday December 6th the branch went to the Seven Stars at Aberedw.
It is without a bus link so we had a few shared cars this time.

The place was empty at 1.00pm, so we got a table near the fire. There was Chris, Myself, Terry, Dave D, David S and Graham. Beer was Wye Vally HPA or Butty Bach. All in good condition.
Also Peter a local CAMRA member came to say "Hello" He pointed out a framed picture of a British fighter jet. Given to the pub by the RAF as a "Thank you" for returning parts of a plane that crashed nearby in 1989 while on a training exercise. The pilot died. His mother donated some seating looking towards where the accident happened.

The pub was well laid out for Christmas. Very clean throughout. Many of us enjoyed some good hot food as well as the cask ales of course.
Our next CAMRA branch visit t is at the Llanerch Inn, in Llandrindod Wells on Saturday 3rd January 2026 at 1.00pm. We hope to see you there.
